Arrived at beyond the pale festival in beautiful Co. Wicklow. Pop fact the festival is on the grounds of a beautiful estate where the lady of the house is model and one time party girl Sophie Anderton.

Wow that lineup is incredible, very very jealous of that.
I finally got to see Ana Roxanne live here in Sydney on Saturday night. I thought it was a co-headlining show with her and Midori Takana, but I was dismayed when after 5 songs she announced “this will be my last song”. I was crushed to say the least, I had been transported by her to a place of liquid calm that was so beautiful I had tears in my eyes. She finished as I thought she might with her cover and a tribute to the brilliant Julee Cruise. I savoured every note of that final song. I really hope she comes back and plays a longer show next time. If you get a chance, go and see her - a truly magical experience.

Saw her here at the button factory in Dublin, went with a friend and I had never heard of her before. Blown away with the gig. Think she is playing some gigs here this summer
We have two gigs next week Sharon Van Etten in Cork opera house and following night really looking forward to this one Tirzah

The beer garden is pretty impressive. Been walking past it for years only went in recently. Looks like a total dive from outside. Was quite surprised.
