I program a listening bar very similar to the ones you all seem to hate, but i myself seem to exclusively play in places you described above. My headphones are held together with black electrical tape though.

Just seen this on the tube. Is there really a market for a KC and sunshine band musical? And if there is then surely Give It Up would be at the heart of it? Some weird licensing issue?

Weird location surely - ikea usually means large flatpacks which requires a car to take home. Surely no one is driving into the west end or trying to take a bookcase home on the tube?!

I think its more of an order/delivery type affair.
Apparently during the week, it’s just full of people chilling out on the beds and sofas - and security having a hell of a time trying to get them up

can you get hot dogs & jars of pickled herring?
Ah… Well… One of these diddy (can you still say that 
) IKEAs just opened up on a retail park near us in York. I went specifically for jars of pickled herrings, not a fish, hot dog or any other type of food in sight. Glorified order desk is what it was. Very disappointed.
