What are you YouTubeing right now?

Me too. We must have been in close proximity that night. Recloose played a blinder.

I have a feeling J & K may have tried to resurrect Eyes Down at some point, or was it just a ‘one off’? Memory a bit hazy. I have a tape from the night anyway.

In all fairness Kevin Andrews played the chair once or twice anyway and he also did an Electrics party on a canal barge from Castlefield on a Sunday afternoon that was just nuts.

Picking a homeless fella up from under one of the canal bridges, getting him on board, giving him E and the best Sunday he’s had in a long time is the stuff of legend.

Oh and his monthly DTTS&B show on 1BTN is a great way to spend two hours.

I think they tried to bring it back when Moodymann did that live show at Mint Lounge on Oldham Street one night.

Pretty sure they were support that night.

Kevin Yost played here years ago and went for a walk around town smoking his pipe and put a few homeless guys on his guest list…

Remember him playing that Carl Craig edit of talking heads and the place going mental. Don’t know why my brain retains this stuff but I struggle to remember to put the bins out!

That’s pretty much the interview that I’d been waiting for.

Think we need a new thread. “Cardigan trivia.”
