Wife and I binged the whole series this week. Banjo is pretty well known up here in Scotland having been involved in Scotland’s Home of the Year and Designing the Hebrides in recent years. It’s a good watch and he has a nice supporting cast of sceptical locals. Loves a chore coat and a watchcap.
He was amazing on Interior Design Masters, clear winner from week one
So cute & cuddly too!
Excellent. Love me some Banjo, all over this. Thanks for the tip.
Loved the first series and it served my long held desire to someday visit the Hebrides

Titanic Sinks Tonight on iPlayer. I’m obsessed with the Titanic story and thought I knew every detail, but this docu-drama pieced together by survivor accounts rakes over every aspect minute by minute. You just cant imagine the descent into hell. As they say in the doc, it really is a study of the human condition spread out for us to be examined. Fascinating.
I’m exactly the same with it too, as is my 10 year old daughter. Everytime I think I’ve had enough something else comes along. We started watching this and it’s really good.
Museum is highly recommended if you haven’t been yet, we took a trip over for our daughter’s birthday last year.
Yeah been to the Belfast museum about ten years ago, hoping to get back over there this year and take the boy
There’s currently a VR exhibition in Leeds where you can walk around the ship etc I’m planning to go have a look
watching all the news from Iran very nervously. my missus still has some family there. the people on the streets are unbelievably brave, risiking their lives in the crosshairs of vicious monsters.

There’s another Titanic museum down in Cobh just outside Cork city,I think it was the last stop before it I left reland… Very strange quirky town worth a visit… Spike island prison closed now but open to visitors is a short boat trip away…
Waiting For The Out on the BBC.
It’s really good.
The Pitt season 2.
The first season was probably the most realistic medical drama I have watched, not just the procedures but the work politics also. It was my TV higlight of last year. Each season is a shift in a busy Pittsburg ED (A&E) covered in a 24 style, with each weekly episode as one hour of that shift. One to seek out, as season 1 is still to get a UK release,
Harlen Coben’s Run Away on Netflix.
Oddly entertaining, well shot, nonsensical, pot boiler pish.
Outrageous on BBC; nicely done period drama about the Mitford sisters. Comedy that becomes more & more chilling as they sink into fascism. Lovely outfits.
I must say the couple of things of his I’ve seen were crap. Doesn’t he have a fifteen series contract with Netflix or something?
Mind boggles.
I don’t like the name prefacing the show title thing either he’s hardly Hitchcock- wind your neck in Harlen
Nuremberg was a good watch on SKY. Russell Crowe is very entertaining as Hermann Goring. Lots of top acting talent throughout too
Yeah he has, i’d managed to avoid them all but read a piece in the Guardian the other day, rating their crapiness in relation to each other and stuck for something to watch decided to give the new one a go.
A lot of it is shot around Manchester so part of my enjoyment of it was recognising the various locations.
It is pish, but it’s the sort of ITV 9pm drama type thing that you need sometimes. Looks nice, and it isn’t something that have to invest too much thought into.
