Here’s another classic Irish weather moment.

He has never been identified so a local brewery put a plaque at the the spot where he slipped… Lol

Remember when this came out, the guy is an absolute ringer for a pal of mine in Dublin. He got absolutely hammered. It was never confirmed or denied if it was acrually him

Into the Deep (Netflix)

The crazy story of the submarine murder in Denmark in 2017. Remember following this at the time. The filmmaker was originally doing a film about the guy and his attempt to be the first amateur to go to space. About halfway through, the female journalist goes missing.

Mental stuff and the guy is a serious scumbag who’s whole vaneer quickly evaporates under investigation. The last, short interview with him shown at the end is very chilling.

Cocktail, 80s classic.

There’s some terrible “Rasta” voices in cocktail.

Not got to that part yet so got that to look forward to, I haven’t seen it since i was a teenager.
Don’t remember the rastas, was probably focusing more on Kelly Lynch in a bikini during that part tbh

Probably saw it 20 times when it came out. Sunday afternoon in the cinema was a big deal in my teenage years

Just watched Entergalactic on Netflix, an animated love story between 2 young artists set in NY.
Kid Cudi, KAWS & Virgil Abloh involved.
Looks absolutely fantastic, gonna watch it again just to take in all the gorgeous visuals properly

Looks great that will check it out. The visual style looks like it was the same team that did Across The Spider-Verse.

Yeah think so, not got around to watching Spider-Verse yet

Ace, thanks for the heads up.
Saw it listed last night assumed it was previous series, ended up watching that fishing thing with Bob and and the other bloke. Wish they’d stop talking about dying all the time, I know it’s their schtick but it’s getting a little morbid, I mean I don’t mind once in a while but every episode…

Sounds like the Michael flatley movie.

It’s very good, made me think completely diffferently about comic-book movies (no spandex, no dodgy CGI)
