The Jet Star sleeve is a good clue. Apart from the reggae sample there’s a few bleep/reggae/breakbeat crossover bits from around 91 but often a bit more ‘ravey’. Street Bwoyz Pro. label had a few releases, mostly from ‘Roots & Soul’, a couple have various versions too. There’s a solid bleep cover of ‘Mr Kirk’ too.
