Few weeks ago i saw some stories from Space Ghost recent set at Colour Factory in London and it seemed really really nice. and now the mix is here on replay ! some of his own stuff, some 90s house classics, some sunny cuts, some Jamiroquai x David Morales and Bjork first band remixed by Tony Humphries.., the perfect 2 hours :

my friend has a boat named “night wind” and i can’t help but make fart jokes about it. he doesn’t seem to find it funny the same way i find it funny.

This guy was everywhere on Europe’s underground festivals. Saw him at La Nature. Great dub techno. This one is a recent release on Beatrice M’s Bait label.

Has dub techno been having a moment recently? Or was it always there, hiding in plain sight?

It’s always been there but people like Richard Akingbehin, Paul St Hilaire, Carrier, Ghost Dubs, Gavsborg, Mary Lou, etc have been pushing the sound lately. I really like DJ Sotofett’s Resonance of Dub as well.

I’m thinking of a European Maxi single raid, smuggle them back in bags of heroin?

More mellow Beck music ala Sea Change/Morning Phase. Bring on the darker days

Opening track of Front 242’s third album Official Version. Aggresiva en Master Hit are the hits but this one is special. As a band, often imitated, never duplicated.

reeeeeaaally enjoying the newest greg foat “everyone”.
recorded live, it features plenty of classic roland X0X boxes providing sparse rhythms along with his expert keyboard instrumentation, along with some sax and bass clarinet. dare i say it’s… clubby?

Think that “Rock the boat” mix may be Fantastic Man’s forthcoming release.

F-man is really on a roll lately
As much as I despise what Spotify has done to the music industry, it’s Recommended Songs function does introduce me to music/artists I probably wouldn’t have heard of otherwise.
Like this - Glassio - a bit LCD, a bit Hot Chip, with a soupçon of Metro Area
Yeah caught the end of this on 6 Music the other morning and thought it was good
