Very cheap but very, very good boogie.

Anyone been to the shop? Meant to pop in last week but didn’t make it.
I’ve popped in a couple of times. On both occasions they had a pretty good selection of not-often-seen-in-the-wild material. They have a little section where there are selections from people who have done radio shows/mixes. I think this was supposed to be a bigger (the main?) idea but it’s not quite taken off.
Prices are to be expected for a Central London location. Would be interested to hear what you think of it.
Surf curse always worthy of a repost ![]()
Got reminded of this beauty today that I played to death back in the day…still hits that sweet spot!
I really liked that album
What a perfect pop record.
Great song and video… Saw them play few years ago when they were touring Europe… probably won’t see them again as they got into all sorts of trouble here and in America.
The Dennis Kane/ Dasein shows are always great too, and Vito Roccoforte, Woolfy & Projections, Skyrager….good stuff pretty much everywhere.
Just read what they were up to. Pretty grim.
Just ordered the long awaited reissue of Ichiko Aoba’s Windswept Adan LP. If you don’t know, now you do!
I haven’t but keep meaning to
Funny old world. Bought a few 12’s a couple of months ago from Juno specifically for a mix I’m supposed to be doing for my old mate Ben’s show on Music Box Radio (scuppered due to house move). Some reissues in there.
Recently rinsed Helena Hauff’s mix for Yoyaku Instore on YouTube. Loved the first track but didn’t know what it was.
Just realised it’s one of the reissues I bought, great minds (I like to think
)
