Just discussing something with a mate and wondering if this happened or not… I seem to remember Massive Attack about the time of Unfinished Sympathy appearing on Night Network (late night tv show) with Shara Nelson and they were all stood in like a semi circle with massive congas. Swear I had it on tape… Most things are on YouTube these days but I’ve never seen that.

my own personal did-this-happen moment is when Janice from Corrie was on Stars In Their Eyes as Bjork - not in a storyline, as in the actual actress went on and sang It’s Oh So Quiet

I played at a doo in a photography studio about '98. I’m sure i spent quite a while chatting to Val Kilmer on a couch behind the booth. Quite weird thinking back on it now.

No they were like tall congas and they were all dressed in black with Shara Nelson singing. I asked the management and nada… No one remembers it.
