Aka Soft House Company - A Little Piano.

Victor S made a career out of doing endless copies of that and the A side.

Simonelli and Tommy Musto did some good things together as TMVS.

In fact Tommy deserves a mention on this thread. He had a distinct drum “sound” in the 80’s and early 90’s, you can always tell when he was behind the drum programming…

Loved this back in the day. Never seen anyone else mention it.

Good call on Brett Dancer- he’s run the Track Mode label since 1994(!) and made great records himself, yet hardly gets a mention.

Older: guys in Krush and T-Cut-F

Bit newer: Littlemen, Inland Knights and Toka Project.

Making music, djing and putting on sometimes free parties for decades. When the bass comes out the big system at Gallery Sounds you can’t help but groove.

One of my fav labels as well as one of my fav producer and DJ. And a nice dude.

I know Elliott lights up social media from time to time but where did Miles go…

Not heard that before. Love it. Thanks for posting. Captures that raw deep sound perfectly.

I did a whole thread on John Robinson here a looong time ago. Everything that guy touched is worth a listen. Including his NYC radio show from the early 90’s, he used to do a midday mix or something like that. I’ll post some links here when I get home.
