Actually surprised to see Reincarnation getting love on here. Had thought it might be a bit too ‘Euro’ for these parts? I tried to trace when Euro went wrong in the 90s because I remember a lot of the Germans Jam & Spoon, Abfahrt, Westbam, Dance 2 Trance et all suddenly got cheesy and I dunno if that was the result of changing labels or if tastes changed?

the great techno reset of 94. first bulk of vogel, landstrumm, relief records etc came around. no more trance. jb3 - forklift. back to funk and sexiness.

actually have a soft spot for that one, and I am very anti-trance post 93. I don’t know, there is something kind of majestic about it.

I wouldn’t normally bother nowadays, but I might need to get myself down to Record Store Day. Not only does dub extravaganza pt 2 get a re-release but it comes with unreleased dub extravaganza pt1 and Leo Zero edits of the Underworld mix.
