The Health Kick (Inside)

Has anyone tried mullein for lung health etc
I’m asthmatic so curious as to whether anyone has tried it as an add on to conventional medicines?

Me too, life long. Thanks, I’ve never heard of that so after reading your post I did a quick Google Scholar search on its effectiveness and found a recent scientific review - conclusion below (asthma was mentioned earlier in paper). Based on that, I might get some and try it, will report back.

I’m trialling welltory with apple watch alongside whoop, it’s mad how different the readouts are, example below where one says my Heart Rate Variability is great, other says it’s bad.

Also calories burnt seems to differ wildly

On the subject of garmin tracking. This is the last few days after I picked up Flu A, absolutely horrendous and will floor you. I had to go to a&e on fr evening because of my breathing and asthma. Scary stuff as my hands went numb from lack of oxygen.

My daughter got clobbered with this a couple of weeks ago. Not good at all.

Horrible mate and it’s rife atm.

wow that does not look good!

I’ve been informed that vitamins are a substitute for a healthy and active lifestyle so have doubled up on my intake and fucked exercise right off

Started to wind down the ‘exercise craze’ with 5k to couch- aim being to be sat on the sofa doing nothing by Christmas.

Hope this helps others

Yeah the 420 thread got a bit racey with people talking about buying things and thats maybe not a good look for the site : /

I tried to make it a private thread (I thought I had) for those that had already posted but maybe I made the whole thing private…

Moderation is not my forte…

Only a bit of fun…

Here how not to do health. My brother-in-law (a bodybuilder so I’ll let you draw your own conclusions there) had a heart attack aged 35 and survived thankfully. Had a stent put in and inexplicably checked himself out of hospital the next day complaining that they made him walk out the building (I think to try to convince him to stay). Since then he’s refused all follow up appointments as he feels he can heal himself with peptides and - my favorite - workouts. He’s unable to move obviously.

Anyway, how not to do the health kick inside.

Blimey! Did he do any cardio or just muscle building? Steroids?
