The L is pretty much an XL for me… Or maybe a slightly small XL. It sits somewhere between the two!

Ahh good to know…the OG Discotecas L fit perfectly, but the smiley L is a little roomy. The new ones are more toward the latter? (just ordered an L for myself and S for my wife)
The new ones will be the same fit as the smiley.
