Looking to spend a day in Cambridge… anyone any recommendations for places to eat/drink? Any record shops I need to be aware of?

My sense is that Hastings has a much better scene than Eastbourne. St Leonards is basically Hoxton-on-Sea

Had a quick look around st leonards. Rough, dirty, air of potential violence and that was a Tuesday afternoon. Really can’t see the attraction of the place.
