Not sure if this is a good name for the genre for whether two step soul or whatever is better but you get the idea and this sound is making me very happy. Any recommends welcome.

My knowledge of this stuff mainly stems from finding out tunes by way of them being sampled. This one was on an old Jungle tune back in '95 (which was the style at the time).
Going by the Discogs comments seems like this was/is quite sought after.
