Nice, have literally been looking at a shimano mash-up groupset today. Mine will be more GRX/XTR gravel but this looks like an excellent pub bike.
Lovely that, man. Colours work really well together. Those Brooks saddles take a while to bed in but once they do they’re so comfortable.

This one is my chinese rip off of a panasonic frame - still needs the transfers going on. (mudguards now off)
This one I don’t ride enough but is great (needs new brake levers though)
This one I sold (and is up against the bullit cargo bike i also sold)
This is my chinese cyclocross/offroad thing
All of them are way more bike than I’m capable of right now…

You’ll have to mind your p’s and q’s on a windy day on the last one - those rims must catch the breeze. It’s a beauty though!
The last one is mainly for cross so the speeds are lower (christ knows how…) and usually in the woods/on a course rather than lanes. Fortunately.
