Om London - A New Venue

My mate went to the guess who festival in Utrecht and he said people were still queuing for TP at 6am when his set finished at 6.30 am. If I get home at 9 am and tell my wife that I didnt really go out and was just in a queue, she wont believe me…

Theo at OM last night was a classic. Rare to see a dj of such skill who can move around between tempos and genres like him. I have seen him a lot over the years and that was the best I have seen from him. Masterful stuff.

Sounds brilliant, would love to have gone. How busy was it? Long queue to get in?

We arrived at 10pm and luckily had a GL. Massive queue and looked like 1 in 1 out even at that time. Was busy but not uncomfortable, they do need to get AC in that room. But hats off to OM, great space the system sounded so good.

I couldnt agree more. He seemed happy to be there and he was truly excellent. It is a brilliant club. I hope they thrive. That room and that sound…

Yeah that was really excellent, best club I’ve been to in years. Just the right size with amazing sound and Theo was superb, finally making up for those Plastic People gigs 20 years ago when my mate told me how good he was, only for him to not turn up, twice. Shout to Katie and Joe for the GL jump too. Think the queue was about the same as the (already full) capacity and was still the same size when we left at 3:30!

Don’t suppose there’s any chance of finding out who’s playing 13th June @Apiento after another thought, or if there’s a Sunday session that weekend? :pray:t2:

Considering nabbing tickets for Colleen at the loft on Sunday 14th before they sell out but might be a waste if we prefer om, and not sure how’d I’d go about trying to resell the loft tickets.
