Finally, a whole 12 months after this thing was supposed to have shipped it looks like they have started to go out. I’m getting reports of deliveries

How do you rate the service? I’ve not heard of Qrates before. Seems like it has not been great - but did they communicate well at least?

Well there’s a question. Franky it has been absolutely appalling. I could get into it all but I’d be here all day. The communication has been atrocious. Repeat updates with the vaguest non commmital responses you’ve ever seen. Its a shame because the premise is decent, and the design and set up model is good. I did a press with them in 2019 with no issues at all but this has been catastrophe after catastrophe. I won’t be going near Qrates again thats for sure.

Got mine this morning, looks like it come from France.
Where was the issue, a backlog of pressing or just the distribution?

It was a distribution issue. They never admitted it to me but reading between the lines they either lost their original distribution partner or didnt have the funds to fulfill the shipping. Twitter and Reddit is awash with customer tales all with similar issues.

Mine also arrived today. Haven’t had a chance to play it yet but it certainly looks good.
