I hardly ever get goosebumps from disco, house, etc. Rather joy or excitement. I guess i need a slower pace. Like Sakamoto or Bowie.

As an indie kid, I was late to the party with acid house. On my first E, the K-Klass mix of Two Can Play That Game (yes, i know) made perfect sense and all my preconceptions about soppy dance music fell away in that moment :smile: For many years I would get electric rippling waves of pleasure whenever I heard that track.

I played it again the other day and… nah, the magic’s gone :cry:
