Beautiful stuff from Sanky here…
Absolutely insane mixing from the don Intergalactic Gary here… assuming there’s a lot of looping, edits and pre-planning, but still on another level.

New old Lloyd.
Hey,
thought I’d share a mix that I recorded for the Magicast series recently - it’s inspired by a mystery record that I found in a gallery in Pimlico. It included the hip hop explorations of a group of seniors living in a Westminster care home. The whole thing was the outcome of an artist led workshop and produced some interesting interpretations of the genre! I thought it was a nice inspiration to record my own - very loose - interpretation…
- Includes tracks from DJ Sotofett, Taxfree Records’ Juergen Ratan and Shelter
- Plus dub, disco and street soul from the UK, hip-hop and freestyle from the US, rap from Germany, Algeria and Spain, and ragga from Italy and Jamaica
I posted a few pics of the record on my Instagram here…
I go back to this mix a lot, really good, all over the place heavy rhythm. ed Lehan is a funny guy, good dj with a very unique playing style.
You can catch me beaming in all the way from Sydney to the UK via Loose FM today (Friday 9 May) from 3pm-5pm with an exclusive mix for Balearic Burger
Froid Dub mix for Lovers Audio.
Plus an interview:
