Choose a new leader for your party, fine. But what sort of system allows that party leader to become PM by default? Its beyond f-cked up

You can make some sense of it if the leader elected by the party sticks to the manifesto the party was voted in on by the people.

But if you want to make radical changes you need the mandate from the people.

Otherwise it’s not really what you’d call democracy, is it?
