Wonder how Rocky & Diesel followed on from Judge Jules & John Kelly, suspect a significant reduction in bpm was required.

This was indeed the shaw theatre

I was in the dj workshop - red alert was teaching.

For some reason I decided the graff thing was more my jam - brim was holding court - and I made a mess of his outline… zero can control and a lot of drips.

Went to the show afterwards - tbh can’t recall much other than Lisa Lee complaining the dj wasn’t on beat.

Local graff legend Cast (neè Haze) bunked off school and we went together

Nuts you were there as well. Well we did the worst breakdancing ever but it was a pretty good day for an 11 year old…

Think I may have been at that one, was there most weekends around that time. Rocky & Diesel /Xpress 2 were given a residency at Cream at little later on, which was unfortunately short lived cos they werent handbag enough. Remember seeing them play on six decks which blew my mind at the time

Yes I think I saw them there during that period. They were in the Annexe while Roger Sanchez (plus irritating percussionist) played the Main Room.

David Holmes into Jon Pleased is an interesting choice

Replaced with Nick Warren iirc

Had some amazing nights in there mid to later nineties. Annexe definitely my favourite room
