I’m bringing back El Diablo’s Social Club for a few parties this year and kicking it off with a live show from JIM. Would love to see some people from the forum down there.

Be interested to hear the thoughts of others who went to JIM at Night Tales Loft in London on Friday night.
For me, the live version of the Love Makes Magic that he performed was really good with a superb band put together.
What ruined it slightly though was the groups in the audience who seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than listening to the music, especially annoying during the quieter and more introspective songs.
Know it exasperated Jim Barron as well, and he asked that people be quiet on several occasions.

I went to see GLOK in a small venue a few months ago, which was really loud & overwhelming (in a good way) but one guy at the back of this small crowd was just SHOUTING in his mate’s ear the whole way through. Oblivious, even when people told him to stop. WHY.
