Not whatever superstar DJ live from a club we never went to in 92, not your mate who put a few records together last sunday after the pub, not another dekmantl snoozer, not a spiritual rotary warrior who fucks up perfectly good songs. I’m talking connaisseur business here! Where to find the ultimate golden age deephouse mixes, preferably full of stuff you never heard before. The mix i’m thinking of probably doesn’t exist but let’s give it a go. There’s 10 billion mixes to choose from on mixcloud alone and to be honest they’re mostly terrible, which arent?
