years and years ago i played love and money’s “candybar express” as it was a big part of that whole 1986 ‘dance rock’ era and i don’t know that i gave them another chance after that. this one’s got me wondering if i need to dig deeper on them, they seem to be more than just giant gated reverb snares.

I don’t know a huge amount about them, but the album that that comes from “Strange Kind Of Love” was produced by Gary Katz, who most likely added a bit of class to their sound
