Delicate Wash - Oh, Michela
This first edition of Magic Wand edits is pretty special, This edit of Black Sabbath’s Planet Caravan is lovely. It also had a great Coyote edit of Randy Crawford’s You Might Need Somebody. I’ll try and find a clip for that too.
Dr Dunks edit of Dolly P on Keep it Cheap works well for me.

What you describe is the kinda like “semi” edit where ppl just jack big loops, throw them into Ableton with a kick drum under it and tweak filters and Fx.
This is not even slightly interesting to me.
As a rule of thumb I mostly fuck with edits by older black dudes from detroit and Chicago. Them plus Danny Krivit and that’s 99% of the edits I own. These are the cats who usually just cut up the two tracks and rearrange and loop parts to create some different feel.
Ppl I recommend checking: Jamie 326, Rahaan, Sadar, Darryn Jones, Al Tone, Theo Parrish, Mike Clark, Rick Wilhite, etc
This is an absolute corker, disco remade like a bit of loopy techno, I always get someone asking after this when I play it out.
great! thanks for sharing.
Apart from the vocal sample the track is all original, obviously built around the vocal.
New project from Leo, Pete & Justin
there’s a bunch of edits on supreme from todd terje - always liked this edit of claudja barry
One of my all time favs edits

I bought this edit when it came out and didn’t know what it was initially. Couldn’t believe that it was an old tune (my music knowledge was more limited - this was about 15 years ago, I think). I didn’t know who Gino Soccio was at the time. I’ve bought a lot of his catalogue since then.
I remember Harvey played this at Ministry. Not sure if edit or original but sounded great.
Epic this, heard it for the first time last year on Bradley Zero’s show on NTS
Love this:
Quiet Village have also done this one. Can’t remember if on the album or only on 12", but really great.
