What year? I got and contributed to a House fanzine around 1989, it could have been that. Very basic black and white photo copy stuff, heavily Chicago House focused. My memory wants to say it was based in Bolton but it was a very long time ago. I guess I must have seen an advert for it somewhere, so maybe this is it - is it from Record Mirror?
I wonder where DJ Publicity is now?
