Had some really good crops of chillis since the first lockdown and decided to make my own hot sauce.
The one on the left is a Chipotle with the chillis fermented for a few weeks first - nice and smokey. And the other is a scotch bonnet and birds eye combo - sweet with a swift kick in the balls.

Love me some hot sauce, our Chillis have been poop this year. Think it was that cold snap early Spring, still not doing so well. Trying to get through some Black Sriracha as we speak.
Hot Ones on YouTube perennial favourite round ours, some hilarious ones got us through some tough times during lockdown. Bobby Lee one is a personnel favourite, Chilli Klaus one a close second for sheer balls to the wall endurance.
