Not sure if it’s England being extra cautious. I think Gilmour must be a false positive. England might be looking ahead and not wanting any risks.
There’s so much I find confusing with the various covid rules.

Kane has been non existent in the two games I’ve watched. And there’s no dynamism in the team. A lack of energy or ideas.
