Kerri and Jerome Sydenham played here quite regularly and friends of mine who would had them booked to play went with them to England one Sunday morning as they were playing at a well known sport stars House for his birthday
I’ve thought about this too. I remember having a spliff with KC once at the end of the night at Cargo. Lovely guy. He was very patient given I was still RMTO to bar y thym which was massive at the time. struggling to reconcile that with the absolute crap at DC10 but I guess one guy’s selling out is another guy’s pension plan?
back on Tenaglia though, this used to sound mega, tho not sure time has been that kind
Yep agree they have to earn a living and good, underground house music sadly won’t give that to many people, only the lucky few. Bastards.
Here’s two recordings of another regular we had playing here before kerri came over, kinda disappeared off the scene… One from the club and one from Dano"s kitchen. Good times

Love that Deep Dish track but on that remix I think Tenaglia just added a drum intro so it’s easier to mix in.
I guess it does say it’s an edit rather than remix.
Good friend of my friend Nick. I wonder what he’s up to, he’s definitely one of the many top tier talents that didn’t develop name brand cache. I was listening to a Hex Hector mix from Club USA last night and I know he’s found a ton of success as a remixer but it’s like barely acknowledged that he was an incredible dj. I guess the Spanish scene tribal sound never had any sort of cool guy revival but it sure was a good time.
@Nelson Rosado
Super dj and really nice guy, he came back here to play a 20 anniversary gig in 2006 and blew the roof off
Most of the good uns have already been posted, but here are a couple of personal faves
Blind Truth Love is the Key
Grace Jones Feel Up
Still an awesome DJ, heard him down the Misery a couple of years back, Sunday afternoon, dark room, perfect
Peak Tenaglia. Nice one.
heard this via Dimitri. love the piano
Have we had these yet…he was very into the Lisbon vibe, no pun intended, at the time…
