Poor animal…
Roo has had a miracle turnaround (did she know/sense what was going on?) the last few days. We had decided to give her the weekend and if no improvement, would make the dreaded appointment with the vet.
As soon as we made the decision (Wednesday), she has perked right up. She’s been the best she’s been in months. She had an appointment at the vet yesterday and they were shocked how good she was.
A small reprieve, but…
She’s having a lovely weekend with my two boys up to see her.
A very small reprieve My wee girl was put to sleep this evening after going downhill, very fast, overnight.
Gutted, but was the right thing to do, no matter how shit it feels.
So sorry
Oh man, my condolences, went through the same thing recently and it never gets easier.
Cherish the years and time you had with her
Cheers chaps
Doesn’t get any easier as you get older. Gutted I didn’t get to see her one last time, but she was very distressed last night and in pain.
That second picture, such a cutie, so sorry…
Awww bless you and the hound. Sending thoughts.
So sorry for your loss. We’re very lucky to have these furry one choose us to spend time with them, but it’s always tough when that time comes to an end
Sorry for your loss man. She was a little cracker
Cracker!
He’s been through the wars had both back legs done before he was 2yrs old… Nightmare recovering at that age…
He’s a handsome boy. We had a lot of early health issues with our previous dog. Horrible. I will always get insurance straight away now.
The morning of the first operation…
Kids were young at the time they got some shock when he came home… He slipped going out the front door and opened some stitches…
Stunning wee dog!
Saw her first snow and lost her mind. Took ages to get her back in the house where she ate a carrot and proceeded to shit her brains out.
