Christopher Leon Gray!
This guy is still in the game holding the label called deep4life…
Love his work especially Deeper Level Of Understanding LP.
Also, this topic is spot on!

I miss HNNY
Those Kassem Mosse EPs on Workshop have all aged well. This one’s my favorite, a dark little motoric chugger on the fence of different genres.
@Bart.1 Haha guys, I’m on it, I’ll see if I can put something together for tonight.
The dee lite stab wins again…
Cheap and deep…
Alias Larry Heard never not deep…
Been enjoying this thread a lot and has been quite the deep house education
I had some downtime this morning so I made a Spotify playlist with as many of these as possible…added tracks only where the specific mix posted was available
Obviously there’s quite a few gaps but a lot were on there…I’ve made the playlist collaborative in case people wanted to continue to add
Deep pickles…
Burrellearic deep…
Detroit deep (part one of one million)…
No particular ingredients for me. You just know when it’s deep.
This Rick Wade track is a particular favourite. Lovely warm up stuff or just as good late night / early morning if the right point.
Andre Harris on Cajual on a similar tip. Tinkly keys doing it here.

Spacey and deep.

This is a relatively new one from Ricky Razu that I can’t stop playing - same vibes as the first two
An overlooked one from Armand Van Helden
This seems to go for silly money but is so off kilter deep. Love it
Some lovely disco strings
and finally the don
We were lucky enough to book Boo Williams to do a couple of sets for us back in the early noughties when we were running Casa. He’s the absolute master of this both as a dj and producer.
This has a few of those I’ve mentioned on it.
Mix
Loft rated pal Joey-adjacent deep…
Slow b-side wins again deep…
There isn’t a bad mix on this double 12” deep…
