Ok everyone, I apologise for this starting a new thread to just to satisfy a memory itch. But I’ve been wondering and conjecturing for so many years now that I think I really need some closure. There were a couple/few parties put on in London somewhere around '90/91 that were held in a kind of old workshop or office space . It had a pretty low ceiling, had multiple, not that big rooms. they were absolutely killer parties from memory.
I don’t remember who DJ’d, but I do remember Mrs C MCing. I’m pretty certain that the sound system belonged to Soul II Soul.
I know it’s vague, but I just somehow need to know what these parties were. I have no photo’s or other physical evidence and I was very in the swing of the moment. For some reason images of these doo’s have been popping up in the old mindsack.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. It’s a dislocated little period where memories of pleasure have dominated the where and when.
