This is Joe White so it’s really Jamaican, but it’s on a UK label and sounds more funky than reggae.

I remember it! Never saw anything other than classical in there though. Edit and jazz CDs. There was another place that sold records a bit further down. Both long gone. Johnny Skates has a stall there still.
I took this into a Barbers to get the same haircut as the lead singer of UK Players. sigh.
