does anyone have any experience with Bandcamp issues? I received a record where both discs were badly warped and have messaged the seller/artist twice and no response. I then messaged bandcamp and still have not had a response (almost 2 weeks) seems that I need to go through my credit card but bandcamp give you no record of the messages you have sent.

Had something similar with a badly faulty Lp a couple of months ago. The seller/artist apologised and said he will try to rectify the issue, but money retraints etc. Don’t think I’m going to be be seing a playable copy unless I buy another one.
