Portland duo Natural Magic delivered something truly special here, a sprawling road trip of an album that’s euphoric and deep. It was the final record JD Twitch put into production before his passing, which adds weight, but even without that context the music stands tall. I love how unpredictable it is; just when you think you know where it’s headed, it transforms into something stranger and more beautiful.

You’ve reminded me I was half way through ordering a copy whilst at work last weekend (there was only 2 copies then) and guess what…
Same for the Froid Dub LP that’s been stuck in my head since I had a copy in my hands at Watching Trees last year, then Richard Sen opened his Paloma marathon with the track that’s been bugging me-all gone!
