I get a blank screen but if I click on it, it plays.
Getting the blank screens and they’re not working in one browser, but they work ok in another.

Log out of the site and back in again
Whichever browser you’re using, make sure that “third-party cookies” are not being blocked. You might also wanna clearout old cookies in any case.
