Ibiza 89 is back in stock, I’ve just snagged a copy, along with a rather tasty looking book on Yves Uro’s poster designs which I’ve now just noticed that @Apiento had a hand in.

Jakob Tuggener is another one. The clarity of his subjects, a kind of icy realism, was an influence on Kubrick. Wide subject range–factory workers, quotidian activities, but my favorite are his party pictures. Swiss high society living it up between 1934-1950. Unforgettable.

Reminds me of the channel on youtube ‘soft white underbelly’ harrowing stuff, can feel a bit voyeuristic and poverty porn’ish after a while. Crazy world we inhabit.

Yeah some tragic stories on that channel… Some stick with you. I remember one about a girl called penny on another channel, man it was so sad and hearing she died soon after hit me hard :pensive:
