What happened there? He had a major deal with Polydor didnā€™t he? Presumably they dumped him when the first album didnā€™t sell well. He did that track with Lionrock but that was 30 years ago now (terrifying thought).

He did and polydor got rid after the album didnā€™t do as well as expected. The album was decent and I still give it the odd listen today.

I worked with his brother in the early 90ā€™s and he told me about the death threats delivered to their moss side home that Shorn got from the IRA about ā€˜how sleep the braveā€™ as the lyrics were aimed at them.

Frightening stuff & enough to send anyone under - which is I think what happened until Justin Robertson brought him back to the fore with Liontock & Packet of Peace.

Buzz B was a serious talent though.
