One of the best sets Iāve ever heard was Paul Daley from Leftfield at Starlight 2001 (canāt remember the actual name of the night) in about '95/96. Absolutely flawless DJing.
I use yoga as a recovery, as a way to reduce stress, get a better sleep and just feel better. Iāve been doing classes from this channel for over six months now and it is perfect. The level is pretty low, I think that anyone can do it and if it is hard, you can choose the ones that are for relaxation.
