Good new Bon Iver track that one. Got this on and it is mellow but TP friendly, and series has been ok so far considering its RA.

Borderline sacrilege but it’s done so well.

that reminded me, Dave Lee also (sort of) reconstructed Deep Burnt in his Akabu guise. The Linda Clifford part on that was pretty funny

I sat back and started to wonder about… who you’re working with… and what you’re working on

Remember the PSBs provoking quite a ‘debate’ on one FB group a few years back. I think they’ve always divided the heads because they’re clever and therefore cool but pop and therefore not.

It’s interesting how much of their work does still stand up and really hasn’t dated perhaps because it always stood aside from fads/trends. Tennant said in this entertaining chat with RBP that they dipped their toes into acid house but were never part of the scene, which may be why they survived so long

The A Love From Outer Space mix - or rather trying to but I go back to the blow monkeys record a lot. What a tune.

We’re getting right into this. Can anyone help us out: where can you get hold of: AMOR FATI
Long And Longer ? Sounds like something from Apocalypse Now Redux that ended on the cutting room floor. But shouldn’t have.

I’d forgotten that Amor Fati is linked to Ivan Smagghe. Which is a bit of a spooky coincidence, because I’d just posted that we’re off to see him next week. Anyway, there’s a bunch of edits from AF here if anyone’s interested, including the one that I was after.

Thom Yorke’s teamed up with Mark Pritchard again. There’s a tune threatening to break out there but left me a bit cold
