Have found some forgotten balearia
On repeat for my first walk across the Manhattan bridge in 379 days (yes I counted). This was my every day ritual for over a decade.
Straight to dance Trax after that walk…
Sorely missed.
Clockwork ninja😍
enjoyed that, thanks for the recommendation! and then moved on to greg foat’s “the dreaming jewels”, which i think i liked even more.

Sitting on the couches after a night out listening to the the fresh releases being played at the counter… Just raise a hand I’ll have that… Probably the only shop I’ve been to where everybody is on the same page… House Heaven
Yeah, Greg Foat is interesting. He does a lot of what I would call crossover jazz, because his jazz albums heavily reference a lot of non-jazz styles, so it’s very approachable. He also collabs with house producers and makes modern library music, which is cool.
If you like that kind of jazz, you should also check out Rymden, another jazz group that also collabs with the dance world (their keyboardist has albums with Prins Thomas and Henrik Schwarz).
So many bangers definitely worth a listen
The new “reworked” McCartney III Imagined was a pleasant surprise this morning.
Several artists – Khruangbin, Blood Orange, St Vincent et al – have developed tracks from Macca’s 2020 album.
I like a lot of it already, but this version of When Winter Comes (with Anderson Paak) is the track that shines.

Aside from both FK’s and Joe C he’s my most listened to, consistently amazing, would love to see him do a whole nights journey. One day…
I have to admit I’ve never really gotten in to him. Going to give this a spin.
posted in mixes, but solo reload here, it’s friday, the sun is peaking out, more power to you all have a wonderful weekend <3
Saw him in Dublin long time ago, still listen to his stuff alot. And I think he supported St Germain when they played here 20yrs ago
I’m pretty sure he also produced “Rico Suave” for Gerardo. He’s been around a long time.
