Saw him DJ at an instore at Piccadilly Records around the time of My Beatbox, or rather the American fella they had fronting the project, the actual producer was a guy from Liverpool I think.

Yes, agree, sounds like Chuck D, but it isn’t - it is from an old 4-Ever Fresh track on Tommy Boy, called Urban umm something, slowed down a bit.
Edit: Urban Sound Surgeon is the track - used for the Deejay Punk Rock track too.
