Just catching up with this. Gutted that Sen has stopped his weekly show. I know he wasn’t on last week, but he mentions it about 25mins in with Bill. Any ideas? I’m not on the socials so had no idea he’d stopped🥹 ---

I listened to the show with Bill and missed this? No more sen on Fridays? Gutted! Noticed he wasn’t on today right enough. I suppose Friday afternoon is a hard slot to commit to for a gigging DJ, that’s prob why it’s a bit of a dead zone. Edit: just listened back 😭 will really miss that show. ---

Same - really loved his shows and he seems like a good sort. Am going to be chug-free on friday lunchtimes now. ---

Classic 90’s British ambient house. Co-produced by Andy Falconer (who was somehow linked to The Orb). Ended amicably by the sounds of it, wants to do more painting - fair play. It’s been a great show and just the kick I needed for the final push on a Friday. Found so much decent music through it too and loved his style on the mic. ---

speaking of AMCA - i’m looking for a vinyl copy of “the girl with a hole in her heart”. yeah, i could buy it off bandcamp but by the time i do, plus shipping to the US, it’s nearly $80. if you can put hands on one, PM me and we’ll work out a trade, i can ship you stuff from the US for pretty cheap. ---

One of my all time favourite tracks from an all time favourite LP. One of those pieces of music that takes me back to a very specific (and happy) time in my life. It makes me miss the taste of burning plastic riddlled soap bar. ---

just before i opened this thread I was on discogs looking for Hypnotone 12"s so it was a lovely bit of synchronicity seeing these clips. I got that album on import the week it was released and I still love it’s measured balance of cool and warm to this day. And yes Sub - what a tune. ---

https://bandcamp.com/EmbeddedPlayer/v=2/album=2245020627/size=large/tracklist=false/artwork=small/ Wonderful jazzy dubby and original New Zealand weed worshipping hip hop from Tom Scott (no not that Tom Scott).
