We saw them play at Slam’s Never Get Out The Boat party on the Renfrew Ferry in Glasgow in 1995. They’d signed with Soma, and I read recently this came about after they gave a demo cassette to Stuart and Orde at that rave up at EuroDisney in 1993…which we were also at!

I love that this set is a bit of a mess

Fuck yeah. Loved them around now. In fact I think they’re pretty fantastic full stop. So many good tracks in that catalogue. They played the game perfectly.
