Said it before and I’ll say it again. I was there. Pay the entrance fee on the right then immediately on the left buy your pills from the bouncer. I won’t bother even trying to describe what it was like.
One night will always stick in my mind though, and I hope Andy Carroll doesn’t take offence. Hats off, he was always experimenting within very confined parameters. Played an ‘experimental’ track when everyone was peaking and the whole place started booing.
Never experienced anything like it before or since.
