You can buy beer and wine in supermarkets, convenience stores, etc. now (although Doug Fucking Ford spent $1Bn to cut a year off of the LBCO/Beer Store contract, and a pile of other grift mixed with faux-folksy populism and backhanders - but I digress).
I’m in Hamilton, which I think holds some kind of record of number of weed stores. But tbh it’s pretty much the same in some parts of Toronto, AIUI. Although the number of illegal dispensaries we had in the months prior to legalization was insane…
