There was the guy from Ku in « A Short Film on Chilling » back in 1990 who walked about starkers and nobody batted an eyelid. Sadly, I think he may have passed away not long ago.

Used to see this this fella at Lush! In Portrush regularly early 2000s. He’d be on the dancefloor early doors in a kilt with a bonnet with a big feather in it. He had quite the life by the sounds of this article…
