Some of my early err, Balearic experiences were to this record. Es mas balear in this clip because the guitarist appears to be dressed as a matador. Actually like the No Technology acoustic version best.

Ok, so now we’ve had scarlet fantastic I feel I can wade in with this. Both records were huge at the little Balearic club I used to frequent in gravesend. This is the only track I remember getting a rewind and the place was heaving.

It was the first album I bought. Must have been about 9 or 10 years old. I think the purchase was based on the cool looking guys on the cover. I did also like the music after I played it. Came back to it again about 25 years later.
