Liquid Lounge in Cork put in a new Booth…
Who’s it sponsored by?
I ran a party in Glasgow for a few years in 2 different small venues that hold around 200. Personally, this is my preference as both a punter and a DJ. If you go much bigger, its hard to maintain that synergy between the crowd and the music.
I told myself when I stopped in 2018, that I’d never get back into promoting, but recently I’ve been debating starting something again. Have a couple of even smaller rooms that could be good options, but the whole business is incredibly stressful.

New 150 capacity space opening in South London.
But 'Gaffe" ?
Awful name.
Small room I’ve started using:
Holds 100. Sounds great (acoustic panels and Funktion One). Secret location in North London emailed to ticket holders only…

It’s a moored barge called The Goose
Does that mean neighbours?
No, no neighbours. In quite an industrial area
That’s my dream venue, honestly
me too. Never thought you could get 100 on a long boat. A mate tried to renovate one, and managed to get it canal ready (we did Uxbridge-Camden) but in the end there were too many issues.
That’s just perfect. Already looking at dates lol
I’ve just posted about an event here: Day Release w/ James Holroyd (Bugged Out! / Basics) Andy Bainbridge, Renata. London 29 March 2-10pm
Blue Bear
Another big night coming on St Patrick eve in the tiny village of Leap Co Cork… floaty bangers a plenty
